Alcuin Montessori Application
Welcome to Alcuin Montessori and thank you for your interest. To begin the Online Application process, fill out the application below. A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with your first application. Subsequent applications (for siblings) will be $50. Please note, there is a separate application for Redwood @ Alcuin programs. The Middle School program takes place at our Roosevelt Campus.
In addition to the application below, recommendation letters must also be submitted for the following grades :
After submitting your application, please share the appropriate forms with your child’s current teacher(s) and/or principal. The forms should then be returned directly to us via email to [email protected]. If you are having technical issues with the form, please use the direct link.

- Primary and Kindergarten (ages 3-6) Teacher Recommendation (if the child is currently enrolled in another school)
- School Administrator Recommendation for Primary and Kindergarten (if the child is currently enrolled in another school)
- Elementary (1st-5th grades) Teacher Recommendation
- School Administrator Recommendation for 1st-5th grades
- Elementary and Middle School (6th-8th grades) Math Teacher Recommendation
- Elementary and Middle School (6th-8th grades) English Teacher Recommendation
- School Administrator Recommendation for 6th-8th grades
