Alcuin Montessori School Application Information

You may apply online for any of our programs.  Prior to submitting your application, please check our admissions process page to see which programs are full for the year.

If your child previously attended another school, we will need your most recent parent conference/report card, and test scores (if applicable) prior to their interview.  Download our records release form to request that copies be sent to Alcuin.

Recommendation letters must also be submitted for the following grades if the child is currently enrolled in another school:

• Primary and Kindergarten (ages 3-6) Teacher Recommendation
• School Administrator Recommendation for Primary and Kindergarten (ages 3-6)
• Elementary (1st-5th grades) Teacher Recommendation
• School Administrator Recommendation for 1st-5th grades
• Elementary and Middle School (6th-8th grades) Math Teacher Recommendation
• Elementary and Middle School (6th-8th grades) English Teacher Recommendation
• School Administrator Recommendation for 6th-8th grades

Please note, the financial aid application does not take the place of the enrollment application.
