8:45 p.m. Live Auction Begins
9:30 p.m. 50/50 Raffle Ticket Sales End
9:35 p.m. 50/50 Raffle Winner Announced
9:35 p.m. Music Continues
10:30 p.m. Event Ends (Please pick up your items as you exit)
Check-In
If you preregistered a credit card when you purchased your tickets, you're all set! Just grab your bidder number and go. If you did not preregister, you'll have to present a credit card if you plan on bidding for anything during the course of the night. After you register, you'll receive a bidder number. Bidder numbers can be used to bid on live and silent auction items. Only winning items will be charged. All winners will be charged within 24-48 hours of the auction.
What are the 50/50 Raffle and Silent Auctions, and how do they work?
The 50/50 Raffle
Tickets will be on sale before the event and during the event. The more tickets you buy, the bigger the pot will become. The winner of the raffle that night is guaranteed half of the total pot. Winner will be announced at 9:35 p.m. (And will have a check mailed to them post event). Can't attend the auction? No worries! Winner doesn't need to be present!
The Silent Auction
Bid on a variety of items including designer bags, sunglasses, getaways and more. All winning bidders will take their items home that night. Winning bids may be paid for by credit card, check, or cash. The Silent Auction ends at 8:30 p.m.
What is the Live Auction?
The Live Auction consists of projects created by the children in each classroom. Winners will take their items home the night of the event. The Live Auction begins at 8:45 p.m. Not bidding? Cheer on your friends in this fast-paced and fun portion of the evening.
